Both bedrooms are to the right, and both sit on the building's corner — which means windows on two sides in each one, and light most of the day rather than for an hour.

The bathroom. All new — tub with a full subway-tile surround, new sink, new fixtures, new lighting, and a window in the tub area for daylight and real ventilation. Almost nothing at this price has that.

But the double exposure makes them feel a good deal bigger than the same room with one window would.
