Pets are welcome upon management approval ($40 monthly pet rent per pet + $300 non-refundable pet fee).

Utilities: Electricity is paid directly to Puget Sound Energy. Water, sewer, and garbage are billed separately through RUBS (Resident Utility Billing System) via the resident portal. Renter’s insurance is required.
