SMS TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Maven Properties Northwest

  1. Maven Properties NW offers SMS notifications to tenants regarding maintenance requests and open work orders they have submitted. By opting in during resident portal registration, you consent to receive these messages at the mobile number you provided.
  2. You can cancel the SMS service at any time by replying STOP. After you send STOP, we will send a confirmation message and you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. To rejoin, sign up again through your resident portal or contact our office.
  3. If you experience issues with the messaging program, reply HELP for assistance or contact us at admin@mavenpropertiesnw.com.
  4. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
  5. Message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from us and from you to us. Message frequency varies based on your account and work order activity. If you have questions about your text plan or data plan, contact your wireless provider.
  6. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of tenancy or of receiving services from Maven Properties NW.

  2. Browse our Availability page to view current residences.
  3. Select the residence you are interested in.
  4. On the residence details page, click “Schedule a Tour” and complete the form to request your visit.
